Position

An n8n Specialist with process sense, not just tool knowledge

We are looking for someone who can translate client needs into a working workflow: from understanding the process and designing the automation architecture, through testing and documentation, to long-term maintenance.

You will work on projects across different industries, connecting n8n, APIs, webhooks, CRMs, spreadsheets, AI tools and client operating systems into coherent, reliable solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Designing and implementing automations in n8n.
  • Integrating external systems: CRM, ERP, APIs, webhooks and databases.
  • Optimizing and refactoring existing workflows.
  • Providing technical support for clients and documenting implemented solutions.
  • Collaborating with the team on more complex, multi-step projects.

Required

  • At least 2 years of practical experience with n8n.
  • Good knowledge of JavaScript.
  • Experience with REST APIs and webhooks.
  • Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
  • An analytical approach to problems and fluent communication in Polish or English.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI/LLM models: OpenAI, Claude, Gemini.
  • Knowledge of Python.
  • Certifications in n8n or related automation areas.
  • Experience with Docker and VPS environments.
  • A portfolio of completed automation projects.
